I use an integrative approach, including EMDR, ACT, CBT and SFBT, to support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, perinatal and postnatal mental health concerns, and more.
My Practice Locations
I Provide services across a number of online telehealth practices, including my own practice Chilled Psychology. To keep my prices low I do not have a receptionist avaible and you will be unable to contact me without an appointment.However I do offer a introductory 50 minute consultation for a heavily discounted fee of $60 when booked through Chilled Psychology.
